At PROOF Wallet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse
- Include any accessories or inserts that came with the product
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Used items
- Items damaged through normal wear, misuse, or improper handling
- Gift cards, if applicable
How to Start a Return

Please include your order number and the reason for your return request. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at proofwalletstore@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to request a return for the original item, if eligible, and place a new order separately.
